Hello, We are having that same problem, our background video on the front page uploaded on Youtube (weight 70mb) does not load either on CPU (google, firefox, IE, Safari) or mobile phones, tablets... it appears like working on the Squarespace preview but it does not load on the final website. Does anyone have a solution ? thank you, Hugo
