RyanMarais
How am I able to setup my Squarespace store to my Facebook catalogue that will include all my variant sizes, materials and prices for each product? So far I have gone through with setting up the data feeds with my store but it's only displaying a single price per product without the variants. Link to comment
sinjinhilaski
I've been dealing with this as well for a client's boutique. Everything is squared away, but we can't configure how to get Facebook to connect to show variant images, without having to be redundant and re-upload products. Did you have any luck? Link to comment

So far I've tried countless times to fix it or ask for help and yet nothing. Hopefully Squarespace will enable this for their users as every single other platform out there allows it. Squarespace is lacking behind for its e-commerce use. Link to comment

imnewhere
From CS: "What's happening here is expected behavior with how your products are currently set up. For Instagram shopping, only the first image of products import and display within the shop itself. Additionally, Instagram doesn't support price ranges and only the lowest price displays. " Basically they don't support it, if you look in the CSV file that you download from the link that you use to connect squarespace to facebook it sends over a single product that has the lowest price, the first picture and thats that. There is no support for variants. Squarespace is useless for commerce and they don't care about helping you, with each bug I find CS is lost until they put it through to a technician via email support, and the technician invariably tells me 'it's supposed to do that' and if we want it to do something different (read: work properly) we need to put in a feature request.
