Ok for anyone else having the same problem this might help. Home/Design/Site Styles/Animations... I changed it from Slide to None and the portfolio page loads as expected. The other animations work as well. Note: be sure to clear your browser cache

Hello @tuanphan Unfortunately I haven't figured it out. The pages still load with lots of blank spaces until you scroll down and up again, and the images appear like in your screenshot... I don't know why this happens... any idea? Thanks in advance!

Hello there, My website http://www.takashiraishi.com/ loads well on Desktop but there's a mysterious blank space upon loading of the "Commercials" and "Music Video" pages (both created as Portfolio gallery blocks). I have attached the screenshot of how it loads on mobile. However, after scrolling down the page, the gallery images snap back up to the top of the page. What can I do to remove the initial blank space on load? Would appreciate some guidance & help. Thank you in advance!

Hi all, I had a heavily code-customized website which I built a while back, and it didn't go live as my client didn't need it. Now I need to get that site back up as my client finally got some budget to start his business. But when I go to squarespace and restarted my billing, I kept getting this message to "TRY AGAIN". Happened on my billing page, dashboard, site, etc. Wondering if anyone knows how to solve this?
