Animated type & delete typewriter text custom code

I'm hoping to implement a similar text animation on a client's website but she's not willing to upgrade to the site to be able to inject code into the header/footer. Does anyone have any suggestions for a workaround? I have considered making a GIF, but not sure if that will be as effective. -

Hey there, I am working with a gym that uses a client management software for memberships, scheduling etc.. The software company have provided buttons to embed on the website. However, on opening/refreshing the page, the embedded buttons need to be clicked twice, but only when you first launch the page. Once you've clicked twice, it works with one click like it should. Does anyone know how to resolve this or what might be going wrong? Thank you for your help!
