Hi I want to know if there's an ability to retain members with retention discounts if they try to cancel a subscription and also to have reason drop down for subscription cancellations. Stripe currently has these features but SquareSpace doesn't. I think it's a pretty simple update to have the ability to retain members by discounts populating as they go to cancel or at least know why they cancelled to improve the membership going forward. Hey I wanted to know if there's a way to see the video analytics on videos uploaded directly to Squarespace such as view count and watched duration of certain videos from members etc. This would help me understand what content is doing well and what videos are keeping my members watching and engaged.
