  1. Another update: I've been stoooopid. MyFonts does provide a CSS version of the license code along with the @font-face rule, I just didn't spot it. It's the .css file in the main folder of your font Kit. (The text in the StartHere.html document that I copied and pasted into my initial post in this thread is just a sample text with a sample webfont build ID, not your personal one!) For Squarespace all you need is the code in the .css file. Customer support sent me this link with detailed instructions. (The article is a bit old, you can ignore the @import rule bit since MyFonts no longer use tracking scripts and it doesn't appear in your font Kit.) https://blog.edross.co.uk/post/77473634153/using-custom-fonts-on-squarespace-with-myfonts
  2. Just a quick update, in case anyone else is curious about MyFonts tracking/view count: I just spoke to customer support at MyFonts. For view count purposes they used to supply a tracking script (@import rule). As per the recently updated licensing terms they no longer do that. However, you are obligated to maintain records with respect to your actual monthly page views. They suggested Google Analytics for that purpose but Squarespace Analytics also does the job.
  3. So MyFonts will be able to detect it in there for their tracking/view count purposes? Just to make sure. 🙂 Thanks so much for your help!
  4. Oh, sorry, the script tags make it invisible, right? 🤦🏻‍♀️ It's working! I think!
  5. Thanks! This way it will be visible to anyone who views the site, though, right? Or can I avoid that?
  6. Hi there! I've just purchased a web license from MyFonts and there is some html code to add to the head. I know I need to enter it in "code injection" but I don't have a Premium plan so the option isn't available to me. Is there any way around this? Can I somehow convert the code to CSS and enter it there instead? The code looks like this: <!-- /** * @license * MyFonts Webfont Build ID 844405 * * The fonts listed in this notice are subject to the End User License * Agreement(s) entered into by the website owner. All other parties are * explicitly restricted from using the Licensed Webfonts(s). * * You may obtain a valid license from one of MyFonts official sites. * http://www.fonts.com * http://www.myfonts.com * http://www.linotype.com * */ --> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="Ano_Angular_Regular.css">
  7. Ah, ok. Good to know for the future!
  8. Many thanks! I'm very relieved. You mean scheduling appointments through my website? I wouldn't need that feature. So all good! 😁
  9. Hi everyone! Just a quick question: Is it possible to use custom css for fonts on the personal plan? I've just inserted a custom font into my design and love it but it wouldn't be worth opting for a business plan just to hold on to it... (I'm only intending to run a personal blog.)
