I have a set-up with over 60 calendars per. Most offer the same few services. Because the service is offered in calendars geographically distant, I need users to select the service first and then the calendar. My problem is that if most sites are booked out the user has to navigate through each calendar to find one with availability. I'd like the site to hide calendars once they book out. I have a powerhouse plan so can so customisations. Has anyone done this?

We offer services via a large number of sites(calendars) and some will have very limited availability and can book out quickly. Can the site be set up to hide a calendar for a particualr service if their are no available slots- so that customers choose other calendars. It would make the customer experience much better?
