You can also delete the card background with this code: .user-items-list-carousel .list-item[data-is-card-enabled="true"] { background-color: transparent; }

I just had this problem. Came to this thread and...changing the animation worked. Mine was on flex, I changed it, and now I can close the light box! Thank you guys.
