I tried this to change the Read More text on my site to Listen Here, but it didn't work. I'm using 7.0 so maybe that's the problem?

Changing Banner Setting on Individual Pages

Site URL: http://www.christschurchtesting.squarespace.com I want the banner on my home page to have bigger, bolder text than the banners on other pages. Is it possible to change the font size or weight on individual banners? If so, what are the steps?
How do I change the "Read More" text on my blog post summaries to say "Listen Here" instead? I'm using the blog function to podcast.

Could someone tell me how to make this change? I'm using the Hayden template version 7.0.
