  1. How can I tell if my site is now using the new order status after a purchase vs the "old" order confirmation? Our Affiliate provider (Affiliately) informed us we need to change the code but only if we are now using the new order status. I suspect we are as it appears the code we were using to redirect customers to our custom Thank You Page isn't working anymore but how can we tell?
  2. This is unacceptable. We're painted into a corner and don't have the ability to take advantage of the new features as it is impossible for us to move all our transaction history (as we provide free updates and need to resend updated digital links). I understand not being able to migrate a webpage to the new fluid engine as that could prove difficult but how hard is it to move a purchase history?
  3. The ECommerce portal on Squarespace is in desperate need of updating. Here are some suggestions. Please respond with solutions (if they exist and I missed them) or responses. Digital Product updates - currently when we update a product we announce it on our channels but not everyone sees this and the onus is on the customer to go to our site and notice that a new version is available and submit an Update Request form and we manually will send them the new link via Refresh Digital Goods. Can we not have in place a system by which when a new version is uploaded, the system automatically sends an email to everyone who has purchased the product informing them of the new version with a live link to download? The customer should be able to access their account and re-download their product if they wish and view all of their downloads. Is there anyway we can start applying serials, license or some sort of protection on digital downloads to keep them from being illegally shared? Discounts - Need the ability to apply a discount based on how many items are in the cart. Currently we do it with once a dollar amount is reached but we have several different pricing tiers so this doesn't completely work. Give us the ability to change customer information in their account, such as when they change their email address. The email password request currently offered apparently doesn't work as we are constantly getting complaints that they don't get the notification email to change the password even though we have informed them of whitelisting Squarespace.
  4. Same issue here. Was working when I first implemented it. Now I tested it and it isn't working. Have no idea how many potential customers I have lost due to frustration with something I assumed was working. Anyone at SS listening?
