I totally agree with Gideon_22's comments.
If I were a potential customer, I would want to know why a product is redeemed and some sort of assurance that is isn't damaged. I would also want to know about your return policy. Your product descriptions are very skimpy.
I price checked an item (nutribullet) and it is on sale, but your original price is William Sonoma's price, and you can usually get a discount code for them. This seems to be true with a lot of your products.
I wouldn't buy - lack of disclosure, no stated return policy, vague about shipping cost, and it's easy to find the same product for a similar price from an established retailer with generous return policies. It's not worth saving 15% vs. Amazon and saving nothing from other retailers with constant sales and coupons.

I find it hard to believe that this is such a difficult feature to provide. Also, it should be easy to look at an image and see what pages it is used on. I have dozens of images of my logos, many of which are exactly the same. I have started using links to images on my google drive because my squarespace library is unmanageable.

I think your website looks right for your audience. It made me curious to look at a few pages and see what you do. If I lived near by I would even considering contacting you re joining.
A few design comments: I found the shadowed text on some pages difficult to read and some of your images weren't really good enough quality to be enlarged to the size of my computer screen. Might need to consider image quality going forward. But I liked that the photos were of your activities.
    All the best.

Thanks - I agree and I am trying to add in images, but the club has decided to only use our own images and they are- well, we are trying.  Everyone is used to taking group shots for newsletters and the local papers and I am trying to find a nice way to let people know that they aren't good for a website. We have a few really exceptional photographers in the club and I will try to recruit them.
I will definitely give your suggestions to the heads of our different gardens. I really appreciate the way you phrased it and I hope it will inspire people to photograph the beauty of the gardens.
You have inspired me to create a competition among our members for beautiful images of our gardens to use for this. Expressing the theme of visuals to tell our story will give us a framework to decide which pictures to use and what we should go out and get.

    thanks!

Also, Free Delivery should be on the product page (no one cares about the delivery fee until they are thinking about buying) the center one redundant, and what is "join us?"
I wouldn't have the pale candle image first - there are so many images that are much more interesting.

I am much more of an expert on online shopping than web design, but I found this page hard to figure out. There are a lot of words, plain buttons that give no idea of the types of products, a LOT of space devoted to a blog, and then an article.  The images on the page link to articles when I was expecting them to link with products. All uppercase text is hard to read and it's shouty.
I would be more likely to shop if you talked less and showed more. The top line is unnecessary and redundant. So are the words "GIFT SHOPPING." The buttons are not helpful, very dull, and they take up a lot of space.
This is rude, but I don't want to read your blog.  Most space on the homepage is devoted to it.
It may be because I am not from the UK, but I didn't understand what "Shop Commissions" meant. I also didn't understand "CHRISTMAS READS"
The site's aesthetic  is very different from most of your products. There are a lot of different fonts too.
The three column format for "OUR GOALS" is hard to read.

menu:  Our Artists   Shop   About Us
Make the blog an item on "about us" and get rid of the "artist of the month" and "product inspiration" submenu items. Make "commissions" a product category instead of giving it a spot on the main navigation.
dedicated to discovering new artist and finding the perfect gift (link to the home page
Images - a product summary with images would work and every image will link to the product which links back to the product page.
