  1. i am having the same issue, does anyone have any advice on how to manage this issue while we twiddle our thumbs waiting for squarespace to add this sorely needed feature?
  2. No unfortunately, it is not possible. Squarespace requires payment upfront. The only thing i could suggest trying is applying an automatic 100% discount so that they are not charged from your square space site. that way Squarespace receives its mandatory payment and you get your order. Otherwise maybe try out a quote based system using contact forms?
  3. I was in need of having a second store with different pricing for our wholesale clientele. The best solution I could come up with is to make a store with the lower pricing and password protect it. then as part of customer onboarding you provide them the password. I plan to utilise squarespace email campaigns to provide them with new passwords on a 3 or 6 month basis. This is far from a perfect solution and you may find it hard to adapt to a purely retail client base but it does allow you to get the 2 pricing levels you are looking for.
  4. As Squarespace has so bluntly informed me, per product options such as local pickup only or GST (Tax) Free, are not available on the Squarespace platform. I am truly sympathetic to your plight. If you manage to find someone who has a solution for adding per production options, I would love to hear about it.
  5. Site URL: https://www.gelatinhealth.net.au/ We are an Australian company who sell products that are GST free and require GST to be applied. (GST = 10%). This is an essential part of our accounting process. I have enquired with Squarespace customer support, who replied with "sorry but that feature isn't available". Additionally we use OneSaas to reflect all orders into Xero. I dont know if that changes anything. If anyone was wondering, the products that need GST applied are, Gelatin Plus Gummy Goodness Collagen Shake and the cost of shipping All other products are GST free. Has anyone else, ever come across this problem? Does anyone have any ideas to help work around it? Is it possible to write some HTML code around the issue? I am open to any suggestions. Kind regards, Josh from Gelatin health
