Adjusting Banner Height with Code - YORK(7.0)

I am also trying to achieve this. I tried, among other things, many combinations of the following: banner.banner-height-medium .page-banner-wrapper { height: 40vh !important; } But to no avail. The site in question is middlebranchpartners.com.
