Remove padding around top nav and image below in SS 7.0.

Morning, thanks for the share, I've added and no change sadly. I think I've found the problem, there is a space for a media file to be added, which you can see ive added, you can see the white space above the image and the media too. ideally id like to remove both or try to remove one and see what it looks like. Thank you soooooo much, only wish i knew how to do this.... But learning all the same. P I've added

I want to be able to move the hero image up, currently there is a huge white space, can't find a way to remove via site styles. Its Alex template, on Version 7. Would someone have the required code to add to the CSS? Thanks I'd also like to be able to move the nav elements so they are all on one line, responsively. Would someone have the code for that too?
