Ecofluency Posted April 16 Share Posted April 16 (edited) I currently have a pop-up on my website that invites people to subscribe, but it only asks for their email. How can I include a line to ask for their name? I'm not a developer and I can't do code. Squarespace Support suggested I ask this community for help, but I'd need someone to write that code and then tell me how to enter it. How can I include a line to ask for their name? The Promotional Popup that you are using does not include a name field and it isn't possible to add one yet. Some of us have been lobbying Squarespace to add this as a feature and do hope it will be added sometime soon. As you've discovered, the Newsletter Block does have this option but must be placed directly to the page. It doesn't offer popup options. Did this help? Please add my name to the request if it helps! So do I understand correctly that one can't have code written to add a name line until they add that feature? Link to comment
