Cannot update DNS records

I am trying to follow these instructions on the squarespace support website to update my DNS records, however when I click on the domain name, there is no option to click DNS. Is this because I have not transferred my domain to squarespace? Screenshots attached below.

DNS records are always managed through the company that hosts the domain name. As your domain name is hosted by a third party (not Squarespace), you'll need to log on to their platform to make the DNS changes.
