Fixed/ Sticky section with text that scrolls - Help

I'm trying to achieve this exact effect on my homepage as this website: https://matteprojects.com/.

I want the section with the video background to remain sticky with the navigation bar at the top, while the text scrolls down. I've been trying to look for custom CSS online but I've been struggling to find this exact effect.

I managed to achieve the desired text treatment.

You try adding a Section with Video Background and Text over

Then share page url, I think we can try some CSS Position fixed to achieve this

@tuanphan I used Squarekicker for the fixed background. 

I want to fix the navigation bar and text so that the text appears in the same spot, as you scroll. I want to get the exact same effect as the website shared above
