Page Sections Not Spanning Entire Chrome Window?

Hello! I'm having an issue with the way my website looks on Chrome and can't seem to figure it out... URL is https://www.designsuccessnetwork.com/ 

When in the editor in Chrome, everything looks as it should. But then when I go to the actual website in Chrome, the sections do not span the entire width of the browser window. This is true for every section on both this website (and my other personal site made using SquareSpace) and seems to have just recently happened? I also looked at it with Microsoft Edge and it was fine? Mobile doesn't seem to be a problem, either.

Try using this code to Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS
