Try this in your Custom CSS. 

.Marquee-svg {
    transform: none;
}

Let me know how it goes. Might need to add !important.

When you say remove padding, assuming something like this? Rather than having the top of the text touching the border?

hey lovely thank you for replying and taking the time to do that, it nudged it up slightly but didn't make it completely flushed, is there anything else i can try? xx

You want the top of the text touching the border between the coloured sections?

You can play around with this number! Although I wouldn't recommend less than 1, as for certain screen sizes it might clip. This line basically says to set the line-height to be a multiple of 1 of the font-size.

.Marquee h1 {
    line-height: 1!important;
}
