Third Party Extension for Custom Email Destinations?

I am creating a custom form for three products. When any three of these products are purchased, I need a notification to be sent by email to our office manager. I am wondering if there is a third-party extension that could potentially accomplish this? The only semi-solution I have found is to instruct the customer to fill out a google form after/prior to purchasing, but that seems too complicated.
