It wont let me migrate my domain from google even though i have the code .will someone help me? google says i have to get ahold of square space for help.

its saying i cant migrate because of me registering less than 60 days ago. but i contacted google and they said it was fine to migrate , that i need to have squarespace help me but i cant get ahold of anyone. im about to be billed again by google and squarespace. i need help egtting it over here .
