Makaylab123
I have been having an issue for the past few months where my categories have combined with each other. I have two examples. When I click on "Crochet" it immediately takes the customer to "Holloween". The crochet items are at the bottom of the screen when you scroll all the way down. The Halloween tab is missing on my page now and the only way to access it is if the customer clicks on "Crochet". The next example is with my tab "Floral". When the customer clicks on "Floral" it will take them to "Summer" and "Lip Glosses" which have nothing to do with each other. The summer and lipglosses tabs have disappeared as well. I've been researching and I don't think anyone else has had this problem. If anyone is able to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Link to comment
creedon
Quote When I click on "Crochet" it immediately takes the customer to "Holloween". You are actually in the Crochet category but because Breadcrumbs is turned off you can't see that on the page. Halloween is a category nested under Crochet. Quote The Halloween tab is missing on my page now and the only way to access it is if the customer clicks on "Crochet". I'm not sure if you intended to have a nested Crochet > Halloween category or not. If not then you'll want to drag the Halloween out from under Crochet. If you want to have both Crochet > Halloween and Halloween categories for a product then you need to create an additional top level Halloween category. Then to assign the nested category and the top level category you do the following in the product. Let us know how it goes. Find my contributions useful?
