Active Header Nav Underline Too Low

Hello, attached is an image of an issue I'm experiencing with our template. The underline on our nav pages, specifically in nav folders, are way too low. I don't want to remove the underlines, just move them up a bit. Any help would be great, thanks.

Add this code to Website > Website Tools (under Not Linked) > Custom CSS
