SCHam
Hello, I already have a personal plan but in order to purchase another domain, Squarespace made me buy another plan. Why didn’t it recognize that I already have a plan? Or do you need to buy a new plan for every domain you buy? Thank you. Link to comment

You don't need to buy a website plan to purchase a domain, unless you want to build a new Squarespace website. If you purchased an annual website plan, you can cancel it within 14 days of the first payment. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund but haven’t received one, you can contact Squarespace by completing a refund request form. Did this help? SCHam
I already have a personal plan that I bought when I purchased a domain. How many new webpages and domains can I create and host under this plan? Thanks! Link to comment
