Custom Header - Do you know this?

Hope you are well. I am currently using the FALODU template, and I find myself in need of your great expertise. Having read the incredible insights shared on this forum, I am confident that your collective knowledge can find a solution.

If you could spare a moment to share your insights, recommendations,  I would be immensely grateful. Thank you!

The following would require some custom CSS:

1. Is it possible to have header on all pages to be the same style but on the homepage to be different?  Homepage Header: black, 50% transparency, text in white

All other pages Header: White solid, text in black, thin line of separation at the bottom. Here example https://www.fosterandpartners.com/projects

2. FALODU home page has a slide show. I would like to have the slide show images to extend behind the header. I have used this code (below) but it creates issues.

On all the other pages the content in also pushed behind the header (not ideal). Workaround on the desktop version, I added a blank section to push the content down. on the mobile version doesn’t work, content still appear behind header in other pages.

In summary as a final result I would like to have the header in the homepage semi transparent - so to see the images (slide show) behind, these images are full bleed. On all the other pages I would like to have a solid header which is different from the one in the homepage.
