Add these code on Custom CSS panel in Website > Utilities > Website Tools > Custom CSS. 

.gallery-fullscreen-slideshow-control-btn {
    padding: 12px 12px 12px 14px !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
}
.gallery-fullscreen-slideshow-control-btn .gallery-fullscreen-slideshow-control-btn-icon > svg {
    width: 18px;
    height: 25px;
}

Sorry, I didn't understand what you meant by single gallery. Did you mean that gallery there has only one image?
