How to?; Drop down header that links to parts of the same section

My new site uses a global system of drop down subheadings to each page/blog/portfolio etc from my main navigation. Simple and as per basic site set ups. All good.

But in my Header "ABOUT" section I would like my BIO, STATMENT, LINKS, ETC all to be within 1 page, just inhabiting separate sections of that 1 page. But how to create subheadings for just sections of the same page? The goal is so that a user navigates to whatever part of ABOUT and then can scroll up or down to discover LINKS, STATEMENT etc without having to navigate back via the Header.

I'm sure there is a way without code. Just can't find it. And as per so much of this - it's very hard to search for.
