Anchor links are not working for me

Like the title says I cant seem to my anchor links to work, Ive followed different tutorials, creating a code block with an empty div and giving it and ID, then linking the button (in this case the navigation bar) with a #, so far no success.

I dont know what im doing wrong, ive tried adding the full link of the website or selecting the option in the dropdown when im adding the link.

Can you share your website URL and the code + link you've been adding so I can check why this isn't working?

While copying the code to add it here, I noticed I was using a different kind of " in the code (i dont even know how to type those), replacing them fixed the issue, thank you for your quick response though!

Well I'm glad you managed to get that fixed, the smallest things wrong in code can throw things right off!
