SSL Not Issued, No tech support

I continue to have an issue with getting the site to be secure.  The squarespace site says it is not available, to wait 72 hours.  It has been two + weeks in working on this.  The squarespace site does have show that all the DNS settings are correct for the domain.  I do have access to the DNS settings at AWS.

Ater a week or so of not having the SSL work from Squarespace, I did activate an SSL at AWS for the site.  That did not solve the issue and could be part of the problem now that it is issued from AWS and not Squarespace.

Asking a question to help does not work.  It is a circular issue with choosing squarespace on the page, and nothing happening.  I also cant log in to it.  When clicking on the link for not being able to log in, it takes me back to the standard page, which will not log in.

Any thoughts for a next step.  I am not going to transfer the domain.  Thanks.

Anyone have a suggestion here or a way to get to Tech Support that will work?
