Help with changing aspect ratio of video

I need to change the aspect ratio of the video on this page https://mackerel-flatworm-jrrl.squarespace.com/land-1 to match the height of the pink rectangle whilst maintaining its width.

Unfortunately this has just added white space above the video. I can't drag the video container up any further.

I need no white space in the container. Essentially I need to resize the container, not the video. To be honest, it doesn't even need to match the size specified above. I just need it thinner.

So it would act as an animated banner at the top of the page with no white space above the video and the ability to have text directly below it.

Getting the video on the top of that first link 'Land' to look like the image at the top of the second link 'Our Homes' would be ideal.
