DNS Error

Hi! I was looking for any help and advice, I am not good with websites and so this has really thrown me. I have a few domain names linked to my website but this one now is going to a random page which is not mine and then saying I can buy the domain name but I am sure it is on auto renewal. My other page access works fine but this one now doesn't, any advice on how to fix this??
