Adding custom icons and elements on blog post thumbnails

Hi there – I'm still trying to get this refined. A couple of questions:

1. Can you please help me figure out how to create more space between the blog post title and the icons?

2. Secondly, how can I make it so that there is a 'For Lease' or 'Leased' title card on each of the blog post listings? EXAMPLE ATTACHED

It still incorrect. You try checking again (maybe you used 2 password for site wide and single page?)
