suzanne.clements Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 Just last week I noticed a refresh while working in the back-end of my Squarespace site. It took a moment to notice the layout change and adjust, but one thing seems to be permanently missing. The Site Content Analytics section is missing. I don't see popular content, bounce rate, etc. any longer. We now have three tabs: Traffic, Engagement, and Sales. Nowhere within those tabs can I see any site content data. Obviously, knowing what pages people are landing on help me to know what marketing efforts are making an impact. I wish I had known this was going to disappear ahead of time. Support documents still reference this data being available, so I'm wondering... is this temporary?

The navigation changes have resulted in some changes to layout and labels. You should find "Site Content" under Analytics > Engagement. Popular content is Top Pageviews. The Bounce Rate is listed under Your Page Averages and in the All Pages with Views table. Did this help?
