IsobelleLans Posted August 27, 2023 Posted August 27, 2023 I'm wondering if there is a code for the bottom footer strip seen in this image. I want to use this bottom footer in my own website for the Copyright as well as to link to the Privacy Policy etc. like they have in the image. I've blocked out the name of the owner. Thank you!
DPruitt Posted August 28, 2023 Posted August 28, 2023 You should be able to do this using normal Squarespace tools and writing a bit of CSS to tighten up the spacing...

DPruitt Posted August 29, 2023 Posted August 29, 2023 If you create the last section on the site and provide the link I can write you css for it...
Solution WCS Posted August 29, 2023 Solution Posted August 29, 2023 @IsobelleLans If you're on 7.1 Fluid Engine, you can do this without code! Hover over your footer and click 'Edit Footer' Then hover at the bottom of your website and click 'Add Selection' (should appear in blue) Add a blank section Click the pencil to edit the section and toggle off 'Fill Screen' Change Row Count to 1 In doing this, you may find: That it's easier to add your text prior to doing step 5 That Squarespace is adding the new section above your current footer, even though you told it to add it below. Simply hover over the section and click the down arrow to bring it to the bottom Let us know if this solution worked for you 😊 Did I help? Click 👍 or mark it as the solution!
