Help with feature image

Hello i recently upgrade my site to 7.1 from 7.0. In the page settings tab there was a media tab that would allow me to set the feature image of a page. In 7.1 that tab is no longer available. Any ideas how to change the feature/thumbnail of a page?

The featured image is in blog post settings. You can get there by going to your blog page in configuration, hovering over a post in the listing panel on the left, and then clicking the three dots to the right of the post and choosing settings. The content panel opens and the featured image block appears.  You can also get there when you are editing a post by clicking edit and manage posts, the panel opens on the left exposing the listing panel. 

Thanks for replying,  unfortunately my site is not a blog site. When i click edit there is no pop up that says manage posts  nor a listing panel.

I am not aware of any featured image in 7.1 unless it is a blog post or a portfolio page. You can change the social image for any page in 7.1 under settings. Those are accessed by clicking the gear icon next to the page title under website.
