fonts not working

Hi all. All my headings are suddenly Uppercase even though it's set to none. 

I already checked my text case settings in the Design tab of the Home Menu. My headings are set to none.  I backtracked the last changes I made and cannot find the problem. Everything was ok 2 days ago. I haven't changed my CSS in a long time. I only did some changes to the pages 2 days ago. 

Has anyone experienced this before? Any solutions to get it back to what it was before?

for my Squarespace site, svproptech.com, my headings have started to not display correctly on certain News posts, and Im not sure why. I did not change them, it seems as though the themes have been deactivated.

I was / am using the Poppins font pack, but its currently only displaying correct on some pages. Other pages are not displaying the correct font or sizing at all. Its beyond just the news posts.

My website looks like a mess.  It was fine a few days ago but the site style has been changed.  When I try and correct it through site style fonts I can get it back to what it was but am unable to save it.  As a result, all the text is the wrong size and font and therefore looks a mess.  Anyone else have this problem?  thanks, Alex

Our site has been up and running for a couple years without this issue, but I noticed that all of a sudden our fonts are broken. I am using standard fonts, but for some reason they will not render on the website properly in edit, preview or published mode. They are coming up as default looking font. I have tried redoing the text styles in global styles but nothing changes. Has this happened to anyone? We use LTC Bodoni 175 and Futura PT. 

I have the same problem.  Tried to change the site style fonts back and it corrects the page but they wont save.  My web pages look a mess and something from 1990s

I'm having the same issue (my font size shrank and the site is unformatted) and can't view the post by @paul2009 because it says I don't have permission to view it.

Yeah having the same issue -- SUPER frustrating..

OK I fixed it - I found some custom code in the Design panel CSS code (which I didnt put in). I deleted the 10 or so lines and all is good now.

Can someone please explain to me what is happening with the fonts lately? I have set my Fonts in my Site Design long ago and it has been working fine till a couple of days ago.

As I edit my pages and content now, the Heading font and Button fonts go all weird. It's like I have to keep "refreshing" my Site Design Font to get it to appear normal again.

I'm doing lots of editing these days and it's driving me crazy!

Why is this happening? What I can I do to stop it?

I really would appreciate it if someone can help me stop this from happening.

Thanks so much for responding. I read in the Forum about adding certain code to the CSS settings as a solution to all these changes with the fonts as SquareSpace was making changes behind the scenes. I gave it a day hoping that it would sort itself out without me having to adjust any CSS coding, etc. And IT DID! It seems to have gone back to normal so I'm a happy puppy again.

I two have found this with two of the twenty sites i run.

When i got to edit it, all the fonts bounce back, i press save and they all vanish again.
Wasn't like this last week, the Design tab has also vanished from the admin.

The other one is this
Lorekeeper.com points to Lorekeeper.co.uk, it's just a 301 re-direct, but all the header fonts fall off.

Hello! 

Im working on a new site and suddenly the fonts that i have chosen do not render properly, and now shows a wrong font in the edit mode as well as in preview display mode. Have attache two screenshots of the different displays that should be the same!! No. 1 is the correct, no. 2 is incorrect. 

I am not using any custom coding. 

Can anyone advise me what is wrong or any solutions ?

@idanissen this continues to be a major issue. I have sent two emails with multiple screens shots and was advised that they are working on it. I have not been able to find a rhyme or reason behind why some fonts are rendering better than others. I'm am currently building two new sites and using built-in fonts. Sometimes they show, sometimes they don't...even on the live sites—not just edit mode. Support advised me that if you select a different font, then save, then select the desired font, it sometimes will hold. I've only found this effective 50% of the time. 😞 Initially I was told that it was an Adobe font issue, but I have used Google fonts, too and have the same issue. 

@paul2009 have you noticed this issue across sites? This is independent of the !important CSS issue, but rather normal SS fonts, not loading. 

@palacinothank you so much for your response to my issue. Good to know its a known issue! Although it sounds like solutions at the moment are limited, I will try out the suggestions you have mentioned. Thanks again, really appreciate it!

Watch how the font on the primary button keeps defaulting to New Spirit Condensed. All three button options are reverting back to different fonts rather than Montserrat (everything on the webpage is in this font). 

I've logged out and in again, turned off my computer, and done reddit deep dives and I have no idea what to do.

They must be changing some things in the editor. My editor layout is different (with no notice, mind you!) and I am having the same problem you are with buttons. Fonts aren't saving for items like buttons and they keep reverting. So you're not alone! ;) I'm going to file a support issue.

There are some issues with font rendering that Squarespace is looking into. Suggest you log a support ticket to raise this one and get it resolved faster.
