Cart icon scrolling in desktop

I'm having a little trouble with some custom coding. 

I'm new to coding and I've got a few injections pasted from various articles found on the forum, but this one has me totally stumped! 

I wanted to move the cart icon in line with the menu (which is underneath the logo as per squarespace options) and it works great except it scrolls with the page whereas the rest of the website is fixed. 

Can someone help please?

I'm new to web design and a total rookie, so please bare with me! 

I've included an image to show the problem, the menu is fixed up top, but the cart is scrolling with the page and can be seen in the image below. 

This is the custom CSS code I found, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.

Thanks so much, that worked. Had to toggle a few lefts for rights as well but it worked!
