Website won't publish

We had a webpage created for us back in 2019. In 2021 we hired a marketing firm and they took over the webpage and replaced the 2019 on with their own version. Our contract with the marketing firm has ended and they took the webpage they created and deleted. When I log into squarespace, I still have access to the 2019 webpage. I have edited that and am trying to publish it again; however, I cannot figure out how to get the website to show up when you go to the actual url. 

Under Settings in Squarespace, site availability is set to "public".  I've toggled it a couple times just to make sure. 

The Domain is active with a current subscription. 

Those two things are the only two suggestions I can find anywhere as to why a website is not publishing. It is already set to public and the domain is current. What else can I try to get this posted? I can find no other advice anywhere besides those two things and they do not appear to be the issue.

What is the domain? I'm wondering if the domain is connected to the old 2019 version of the site?

If the domain was connected to the 2021 version of site, did anyone recconnect it to the 2019 version?
