Background color is different

Hi!

I'm getting a weird color that I don't recognize at the vertical margins of my website (ie. right above the header, and right below the footer). It's like a different shade of red to the red I use on my first section and on the footer section -- you have the really scroll to see it, it's like a color behind all of the content.

I have tried using two different CSS codes to no avail: 

body {
background: #5B1720!important;
}

and

body {
    background-color: #5B1720;
}

Anybody know what could be happening?

I'm not seeing any that looks odd above the header or below the footer.

Can you provide screenshots of what you are seeing?
