Can't Add Pages

I am not the account holder. I'm a contractor helping them do edits. When I tried to add a page to the site, I do not see the "+" symbol in the upper right of the pages panel. I see a magnifying glass instead. Does this mean I do not have the proper set of permissions to add pages or edit the navigation of the site?

If you are needing to do things outside of very minor edits in existing pages you need Admin access. It's necessary to do what you are probably trying to do. So much so that I write it into my contracts for ongoing work with clients that I need ADMIN access for the duration of our contract.

I suspected this was the situation and tried to explain this to the client. Thank you for confirming it.
