YouTube Shopping Integration

Just on the off chance that anyone here has heard anything - has squarespace given any indication that they plan to integrate with YouTube Shopping? Currently the main option is Shopify (isn't it always?), but we use YouTube a lot for our business and being able to show store items directly on YouTube would be really helpful.

I know that SQSP mentioned this was in development at some point but it's been radio silence ever since and I'd really love to have this feature added. I cannot emphasize enough how important Youtube is to my business and having this integration would mean the world to me.

Really hope this feature gets added, otherwise I'm going to have to switch to Shopify when my channel gets monetized. Squarespace get on this!

I'm not holding my breath! FYI in case you didn't know - when YT recently lowered the criteria of joining the partner program we qualified for the basic tier (no ad revenue, but can do a few other things) - this now allows us to add a web link on video end screens. It's not as good as proper shopping integration, but you can at least link to a featured product on your website via an end card. It's better than nothing.

Please add this quickly. Switching seems enticing now.

Squarespace seems not to care about this. I guess i have to move to Shopify to get YouTube shopping?
