How do I move the blog page navigation?

Hello, I am wondering if anyone could please help - when navigating to "next blog post" or "previous blog post," the navigation currently sits below the comments section which makes it very hard to find (have to scroll) when there are several comments. Is there a way to move it to the top of the blog post or above the comments section?

As an alternative, I have tried hiding it and using buttons to link the the next/previous blog post but for some reason can't get it to link to individual blog posts - it goes to the entire blog overview which is not what I want! So if anyone has tips for linking to specific blog posts as an alternative, that would also be great. Thank you!

@tuanphan The site isn't public yet, but you can see an example here - p/w is circleofpractice

Thank you!

Add to Settings > Advanced > Code Injection > Footer

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.6.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>
  jQuery(document).ready(function($){
  $('section#itemPagination').insertBefore('section.blog-item-comments');
})
</script>
