JuleeBode Posted April 3, 2023 Share Posted April 3, 2023 Hi, please help! My client has a current Squarespace account and site but I have redesigned their site for them in a trial version. They have approved that and I now need to make it live, can I transfer the new site into their account in place of the old one (without them having to pay for a new subscription and lose money on the old one?) The website billing plan cannot be transferred to the new site. You or your client will need to purchase a billing plan for the new site and then cancel the old site to avoid paying for multiple sites at the same time. You can contact Customer Care to find out if you’re eligible for a prorated refund for switching sites. I wrote a more detailed response in this thread. Did this help?
