Line Block Closer to Top of Section

Hi! I have added a line block to my footer to create a nice seperation from the section above it. However, I have an orb that follows your cursor effect on the section above it, and this orb gets *ever so slightly* cut off, but just before the line. I made the footer section, and the section above it, as close to each other as possible, and I have also aligned the line block in the "upper" position. Is there anyway to get the line block even closer to the top of the footer section to avoid seeing the orb get cut off?
