Custom Coded Menu Changes Appearance on Certain Pages

Hi,

I custom coded the menu of this webpage (lizdornian.com) to appear on either side of the centered logo. It looks fine on the home page, but when you click any of the subpages, the two items to the right of the logo disappear. Anyone know how to fix that?
