Adding a widget that can answer a correct value in response to a question, from a table of data

I need a tool to search and display data.

I have a table of data from constituencies within the UK, the set of data is 537 rows and 3 columns. I want to be able to filter based on the text input where only the search text and response is seen and the full table is hidden.

Is that possible? 

I would be able to do it on Excel using vlookup or drop down feature.

Perhaps this might help, there's a Table block plugin that lets you create tables on Squarespace. You can combine it with the Universal Filter to create a filterable and searchable table.
