URL mapping to track a custom URL with Google Analytics 4

I wonder if anyone can help me.  I'm trying to create a custom URL that I can track in GA4.  I want to use URL mapping in SS to divert from the custom URL to a specific page so that I can track it in GA4 but after creating the URL using GA campain URL builder :

https://www.rompompom.co.uk/?utm_source=email&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=speaker0&utm_id=TATIM

and then pasting it into URL mapping on SS there are errors shown in red where the &s are in the URL (see attached).

Can anyone help? 🌈
