Bighandman
Hi there. I've opted for a single page website, and so far it's going great. https://www.bighandman.co.uk/ I'm looking to add navigation at the top of the site, and then have visitors jump to the exact part of the section (ie contact, about, etc). How would I go about doing this? Many thanks. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
You would use anchor links, they jump you to the section you want to go to: https://localcreative.co/blog/create-anchor-links-in-squarespace/ Link to comment
Bighandman
Thank you. Tried this, but when I add the code block with the section (say: Contact), once clicked it scrolls too far down. Also the vid you provided, I noticed that the UI (she is using) is different than mine so it causes some confusion re following the instructions. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
7.1 anchor link instructions are here: hopefully they will work for you. https://www.bigcatcreative.com/blog/page-jump-links-squarespace just scroll down until you see 7.1 directions. And if you are using Fluid Engine scroll down a bit further. Edited February 7 by derricksrandomviews Link to comment
