caveexploration
On my site, I am using buttons to allow people to view all products from a certain brand. The button is linked to a tag: /shop?tag=petzl The problem is the button is showing results that dont include "petzl". I have verified that the other products do not include the "petzl" tag. The buttons are on the home page of extremegear.org Any thoughts? Thanks Link to comment

If you remove this script temporarily, does the page show products tagged only with PETZL? Edited January 31 by paul2009 About: SQSP User for 17 yrs. Circle Leader since 2017. caveexploration
Hi Paul, I am using Universal filter on the shopping page, not on the home page, where the button is located. Yes, when I remove the code, the native tag filter works properly. Are you able to look at the code to see if there is an error? Link to comment

I suspect the Universal Filter is overriding the "tag" URL query, although this is just a guess. I recommend reaching out via the Squarewebsites Slack support channel to check. caveexploration
This is the response that I received: "Ok, the reason - you need to have a Tags control in order to work with a ?tag query. You may hide the dropdown itself, but need to have". I dont' understand it though. Can anyone please help me? Link to comment
