Changed Email, now not getting submitted forms, how do I change email on submitted forms?

i changed emails on my account but have no idea how to change the forms that submit info to the sites. 

this is for forms built within squarespace that are on my website so that people can fill it out then click the submit button, It has in the past been emailed to me

Sure, I understand. My post above (and the screenshot) refer to these forms. Each form uses a Form Block. You can click that link to read more about them.
